2) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
A tertiary unit with advanced equipment including high frequency ventilators caters to pre mature babies with special needs and those born after high-risk pregnancies such as those following In-vitro fertilization. The unit provides pre and postoperative management of neonatal emergencies. They provide round the clock cover and function as a team. Parents of babies admitted to the unit are allowed unlimited access to visit the baby. They are encouraged to actively participate in the day-to-day care of their baby. Mothers are encouraged to room in with the baby. Top The neonatal and obstetric units work closely together. Difficult pregnancies are discussed and the delivery is planned in such a manner as to benefit both mother and baby. 3) Paediatric Intensive Care UnitModern 9 bedded unit provides tertiary care for critically ill children with respiratory failure, shock, cardiac, renal and hepatic failure and postoperative multi-specialty surgical cases. Also available are invasive blood pressure, central venous pressure, Intracranial pressure monitoring and continuous renal replacement therapy. The ICU services are supported by qualified intensivists, clinical assistants, paramedics and trained nurses. 4) Acute Care Child Transport ServicesA dedicated transport team is available for retrieval of sick neonates and children. A transport incubator with monitoring facilities and transport ventilator (globe trotter) save transport over long distances. 5) Paediatric NeurologyExpert evaluation and assessment of neurological disorders in children such as epilepsy, movement disorders, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, mental retardation, autism & learning disabilities backed by comprehensive rehabilitation programmed for the physical and mental handicaps arising from these conditions. An on going high infant follow up programme coordinated between neonatology and neurology helps to identify infants showing developmental compromise and provides early interventional therapy by a multidisciplinary team from as early as first 6 months of life. 6) Paediatric NephrologyOnly unit in Western Maharashtra offering continuous renal replacement therapy. Comprehensive kidney transplant package would be provided. 7) Adolescent MedicineAddresses teenage concerns involving physical and psychological needs and various ailments. Services provided include psychological testing and counselling, assessment and management of behavioural, sexual and various other problems including enuresis, obesity and feeding fads. 
8) Neonatal and Paediatric surgery
Expertise is available for correction of major congenital malformations in the neonate. Highly specialized facilities exist for the management of emergencies and complex surgical problems in infants and children. Paediatric bronchoscopy, cytoscopy, laproscopy and thoracoscopy, both diagnostic and therapeutic also available. 9) Paediatric Endoscopy ServicesDiagnostic esophago-gastro-duodenoscopy and colonoscopy in neonates and children and therapeutic endoscopy for varices (sclerotherapy and band ligation), bleeding lesions, foreign body removal and polypectomy are available round the clock.
