After completing graduation in ENT from Pune, worked at well known institutes in Mumbai such as Jaslok Hospital and Hinduja Hospital for 5 years.Both these Institutes have an excellent COCHLEAR IMPLANT set up.
Have actively participated in working up, evaluation, counseling of deaf patients suitable for Cochlear Implant for 5 years under guidance of Eminent ENT Surgeons – Prof Emeritus Dr MV Kirtane in Hinduja Hospital and the 1st Cochlear Implant Surgeon in Asia , Dr Sandra Desa-Souza at Jaslok hospital.
Over 5 years have assisted more than 100 Cochlear Implant Surgeries. Also have actively participated in Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Workshop held every year at Hinduja Hospital and KEM hospital, Mumbai during this association

- Stood First in DLO examination, University of Pune.
- Dr. A.R.Bhide Memorial Award for a paper presented at Maharashtra State Conference held in Mumbai in Oct. 2005
- Passed DOHNS examination held by The Royal college of Surgeons England (DOHNS – Part1) and The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (DOHNS - Part 2) , both exams in 1st attempt.
