Brief Biography

Performed over 20,000 Angiograms and 7000 Angioplasties.
Over 5 years of teaching experience in Cardiology.
Has done his Fellowship in Cardiac interventions at St. Vincent’s and Mercy Hospital, Melbourne.
Experience in a wide spectrum of cardiological services like transradial coronary angiography and angioplasty, peripheral vascular diagnostic angiograms and interventions, carotid angioplasty and stenting, lower and upper limb angioplasty and renal angioplasty.
Presented various papers at both national and international conferences.
Awarded the prestigious D.P. Basu Award at the CSI Conference in Bangalore.
Has been the Honorary Secretary of Cardiological Society of India, Pune Chapter.

Best research paper award in the Research Society of B.J. Medical College, Pune in 1992.
