Completed Higher Surgical Training in Orthopaedic Surgery & Trauma in the United Kingdom under the Overseas Doctors Training Programme.
12 years of UK experience in Joint Replacements & Arthroscopic Surgeries . Specialised in surgeries of both upper limb and lower limb joints.
Additional Advanced training in Joint Replacements & Arthroscopic Surgeries at world renowned centers in France, Germany, USA, Netherlands and Switzerland.
Experienced in managing polytrauma patients & complex fractures.
Presented various papers both at national and international conferences in a wide spectrum of topics ranging from outcome of periprosthetic fractures in hip replacements, heterotropic ossification after revision hip arthroplasty etc.
Played Cricket in England in the Sussex Premier Division Cricket League. Also worked as a team Doctor.

Invited by the British Prime Minister, Mr. Tony Blair, for a reception at his official residence at 10 Downing Street, London, in recognition for Dr. Jadhav’s ‘Excellence in the NHS’- Feb 2001
