Orthopaedic Outpatient Department (Bone, Joint & Spine Services) is situated on the ground floor in the South Wing of the hospital. It consists of 4 consulting rooms (L1-L4), 2 procedure rooms and a fully equipped plaster room. The fully air-conditioned and spacious waiting area eases the patients. The Physiotherapy Department is located adjacent to the Orthopaedic Department for patient convenience.

The Operation Theatre (OT) Complex has 13 OTs with state of the art facilities. One theatre is dedicated to Orthopaedics which has ultra clean air-flow for joint replacement surgery. It has a C-arm and world-standard surgical equipments for Trauma, Arthroscopy & Joint Replacements.

Orthopaedic Services
Trauma unit:
Team of ATLS and AO trained Orthopaedic surgeons providing all accident and trauma services. The Unit manages injuries of upper limb, lower limb, pelvis and spine. We also have dedicated Non-union Clinics to treat difficult problems.
Arthroscopy unit:
Well trained arthroscopy surgeons provide arthroscopy services for Knee, Shoulder, Elbow,Wrist, Hip, Ankle and Hind-foot joints. We provide full range of arthroscopic shoulder and knee services e.g instability repair for shoulder dislocations, rotator cuff repair, sub-acromial decompressions, Acromio-clavicular joint excision / stabilisation, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, abrasion chondroplasty, mosaicplasty, arthroscopic assisted fracture fixations and more.
Spine:
Our Orthopaedic and Neuro-surgical teams provide services for trauma & cold spinal problems.
Joint Replacements unit:
Expertise is available for joint replacement surgeries for arthritis of Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Knuckle and Ankle. We
have also introduced for the first time joint resurfacing surgeries for the shoulder and hip joints.
Hand Surgery:
Hand problems like fractures, tendon injuries, nerve injuries, rheumatoid hand deformities etc. are managed by our specialists.
Paediatric Orthopaedics:
Traumatic and Non-traumatic disorders in children are managed with additional support from the Paediatric team. Infant hip screening services are provided.
Foot & Ankle Surgery:
Our team of experts provide services for traumatic and non-traumatic problems of Foot and Ankle.
Sports Injuries:
Our experts provide non-operative as well as operative solutions to patients with injuries due to sporting activities. We have dedicated clinics for sports injuries.We aim to get these athletes back to their competitive sports as early as possible.
